Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup Mazola vegetable oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 ½ cups candy corn
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the Mazola Vegetable Oil, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Add in eggs and vanilla and beat to combine.
- Add in the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and candy corn.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, drop approximately 2 tbsp sized scoops of cookie dough onto an ungreased baking pan, ensuring pieces of candy corn are not baking directly on the baking pan because it will burn. The candy corn pieces need to be in the interior of the cookies, shielded by dough to ensure it doesn’t turn runny and burn.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
