Snow Pea and Carrot Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Fleischmann’s Corn Starch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
- 1 tablespoon Mazola Canola Oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 pound (8 ounces) snow peas, halved lengthwise
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
Instructions:
- Combine orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, corn starch, salt and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
- Heat oil over medium-high heat in wok or large skillet.
- Add garlic; stirring constantly, cook 30 seconds.
- Add snow peas and carrots; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir orange juice mixture until blended then pour into wok.
- Continue to stir-fry 1 minute.
