Ingredients:

  • 3-4 cups Mazola Corn Oil for frying
  • 2 potatoes sliced
  • 2 onions sliced
  • Half of a bunch of coriander, chopped
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Ajwain
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 cup Besan
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Mazola Corn Oil on medium in a vessel deep enough to fry.
  2. Combine all ingredients to form a thick mixture.
  3. Add dollops of the mixture to heated Mazola Corn Oil and fry pakoras until golden brown.
