Oregano Chicken with Feta Cheese

Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon Mazola® Canola Olive Blend
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons ground oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black medium grind pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (2.5 ounces) crumbled Feta cheese
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Coat chicken with Canola Olive Oil Blend and lemon juice.
- Combine oregano, garlic, pepper and salt in small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning mixture on both sides of chicken breasts.
- Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
- Turn oven to broiler setting. Top chicken breasts with feta cheese and broil 2 to 3 or until lightly browned. Serve with rice or pasta.
Recipe Tip: Use 4 teaspoons of leaf oregano in place of ground oregano.
