Blueberry Vinaigrette
With Mazola® Canola Olive Oil Blend

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh OR frozen
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup Crown Lily White Corn Syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 cup Mazola® Canola Olive Oil Blend
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Combine blueberries, vinegar, corn syrup and mustard seed in food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Gradually add Mazola RightBlend Oil while mixing.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill until ready to serve.
