Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Mazola Canola Oil, plus more for the casserole dish
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound macaroni
- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 3-quart casserole dish.
- Boil salted water, cook macaroni for 7 minutes, then drain. Toss with canola oil.
- Whisk together milk, eggs, salt, and Cheddar.
- Pour mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
