Shakshouka
With Mazola® Canola Oil

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Mazola Canola Oil
- 1 red pepper
- 1 can of diced tomato
- 4-6 eggs
- ½ onion
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 1tsp Paprika
- -1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- parsley for topping
- Feta for topping
Instructions:
- Add 1 tbsp of oil in a cast iron pot on Medium high
- Add your diced red pepper and onion and sauté until soft for about 5 minutes
- Add garlic and spices
- Add canned diced tomato and the tbsp of tomato pasta
- Add second tbsp of oil and mix
- Let the mixture cook for another 5 minutes
- Pre heat over on 350 degrees
- Use a spoon to make a hole for the egg and crack an egg in the cast iron
- Repeat for the rest of the eggs
- Put cast iron in the over for 5-15 minutes depending on how you like your eggs cooed
- Once out of the oven, top with chopped parsley and crushed feta
- Enjoy
