Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh OR frozen
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Crown Lily White Corn Syrup
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 cup Mazola® Canola Olive Oil Blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine blueberries, vinegar, corn syrup and mustard seed in food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Gradually add Mazola RightBlend Oil while mixing.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
