Take the itch out of insect bites by whipping up a batch of this at home remedy.
Soothe Sunburns, Insect Bites & Poison Ivy. Make a paste out of corn starch and water and apply it on the affected area. Let the paste dry and then remove using lukewarm water.

To get rid of that grease stain on fabric, blot, then rub on corn starch. After 10 minutes remove it with a paper towel, rub on some white vinegar, and throw it in the wash.
